Don't forget to bring adhesives (wet, dry and foam) and sanding block; an Antique Linen Distress Ink pad is needed, too! If you don't have all of these items, just come to class a little early and we'll help you find them.

*Free Stamping Basics

SPC Free Stamping Basics

You know we love our stamps! In this hands-on experience with Cathy you will learn about dye and pigment inks, cling, clear and wood mounted stamps and wonderful techniques that you will be able to use again and again to enhance all of your creative projects to include embossing, 3-D and more! We have a couple of Stamping Basics classes coming up, one on Tuesday, May 10 at 1:30pm and another on Tuesday, June 14 at 2pm. Do give us a call so we can reserve a spot for you!

Made a few pages already? Stamped a lot of cards? Not really a newbie to the stamping or scrapbooking community? If you enjoy learning and creating in a fun, relaxed environment be sure to stop by Simple Pleasures and take a look at our "Wall of Wonder" full of samples of the upcoming classes. We offer project based classes that include cards, albums, scrapbook pages and even altered art and home decor. In project based classes you finish class with your cards, pages, album, etc.

There are also technique based classes where you learn how to get 'that look' and what to use 'that product' for. Technique classes are usually hands-on classes where you get to experiment with products, new ideas, share old ones and leave class with samples and directions, so that you can continue using those techniques learned in class.

Be sure to pick up a copy of our current schedule of classes or click on the "Class Schedule" link under the "Classes" heading to see a quick description of each of this month's classes!

Sign up for any of our classes is easy! Stop by the store or give us a call to reserve your space. Be sure to sign up early, as many of our classes fill up quickly.

*Free Stamping and Scrapbooking Basics Classes require a $5.00 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your space for each class. You will receive a $5.00 Store Certificate upon completion of each class.

SPC Quick Quotes April

Gorgeous, right?

If you are in need of some fabulous pages, 4 12x12 pages, in fact...look no further!

In this Quick Quotes class with Cathy on Friday, April 22 at 2pm, you will be using the "Memories Tucked Away" kit. There are 87 pieces total! What's in the kit? To start with, there are 62 laser diecuts.  These are a must see in person embellishment! They are substantial and the cuts are smooth and unblemished. Not to mention just plain lovely! And that flower...you'll want to see the sample page in person just so you can touch the inky petals!

As if that wasn't enough, also included in this kit are flowers, pearl brads, cardstock, chalk ink and more!

What? You don't scrapbook? That's okay. Order a kit or sign up for the class and design and decorate your own cards, boxes, frames...this kit's papers and embellishments will enhance those projects, too!

These kits are limited. Don't miss out - call the store today and reserve your class spot or kit. You won't be disappointed!
