Just in -  more Mini Maggie stamps - there's mini ballerina, chef maggie
and cute little Halloween Tilda stamps, too.

Mini Maggies

Wait, what's that I see - why, it's Stamping Bella. The card shown below is with
their "Funky Potted Flowers", created by Paula Williamson.

OK, the new stamps from Just Rite "had me at Hello" when I saw them at the recent trade show in Chicago.  One of the things that we sooo appreciate about the Just Rite stamps is the superb quality of the rubber used on each stamp. Great stamped impressions every time and they line up so well on the Just Rite mounting blocks made just for each and every size stamp Just Rite has. They have thought of everything! The first half of our shipment is here, and new Christmas and Halloween will be arriving soon.

This card by Just Rite design team member Angela Barkhouse was created
with their Just Because Mini Stamp Set and their Nested Sentiments dies.

Unimpressed, thus far? Shame on you!! We're just getting started with our Stamp Parade .....

Drumroll, please, as we roll out some new stamp companies for our stamping inspiration!

Announcing Harmonie stamps, a new company for us, from Canada. Love the laser cut wood mounts. Oh, space constraints make unmounted stamps more appealing to you - never fear, Harmonie has some wonderful large background stamps, unmounted, just for you!  Yes, they also have those wonderful petite flower embellishments we love, not to mention exquisite papers, intricate chipboard accents and acrylic accents, too.

The wood-mounted stamps are exquisitely laser cut mounts like the dressform below. And they also make acrylic stamps, like the Calendar Stamp Set used in the April Frame. These fun frame will be great for
home decor projects AND their 12x12 acrylic albums, which are beautiful, are a MUST to check out - it would be a perfect "coffee table book" that can be filled with special times with friends and family.

My Favorite Things has also been added  in the store's stamping palette. Acrylic stamp sets with wonderfully clean lines - perfect for watercolors,  Copic markers or watercolor pencils. The card shown below was created by Michele Boyer - it is called "Flurry of Love". Isn't is sweet?!

MFS Flurry of Love

Not to mention some other fun stamp additions that you will just have to sit tight and wait for more news on .... you're gonna love it!

OK, back to some more great stamp arrivals, how about more Heartfelt Creations stamps?! And coordinating Spellbinder dies that are made to go with them - like the basket stamp and die shown here.

HCR Basket and Lace Card

Speaking of dies, we would be remiss NOT to mention Memory Box dies, several of which have coordinating stamps. We have just received a shipment of the dies. And we all LOVED the exclusive Memory Box stamps that were created just for us to commemorate our 16th Anniversary. So much so that we will have another exclusive Memory Box stamp set coming our way this Fall.
We'll let you know as soon as they arrive.

This concludes this edition of the "Simple Pleasures Stamp Report"!

We know you planned on stopping by to see the Teresa Collins Stamp Maker demo...but then Life happened, right? That's okay - we had you covered...well we covered the demo just in case you weren't able to make it!

Here is BC, our goto person for the Stamp Maker. Here he is getting started:TC Demo BC Anniv211

BC made it look so easy! He already had printed cut to size transparencies with an assortment of designs (some are included with the starter set!) Using the magnetic bases, the trimmed transparency and a stamp gel pac, he prepped the set and placed it into the light box, set the timer and answered the many questions we had regarding the Stamp Maker while the machine did the work.

After only 3 minutes, he pulled out the set and got to scrubbing the new stamp to remove the excess gel, revealing our new text stamp, almost finished! All the while wearing a fantastic set of crafting gloves - they moisturize as you work! Ask us about these the next time you're in...

The soft stamp went into a water bath in the included tray for another 3 minutes to finish curing. We were anxiously waiting to see how well this clear stamp would stamp text. BC assured us we would be pleased...

Out came the water tray, the stamp was dried off and inked and then put to the test...

Wow! We were impressed. Clear. Crisp. and oh so clean - not a smudge to be seen!

Here's a close up...let us know what you think!    TC Text Anniv 211

At the demo, BC was able to share an album of projects with samples of stamps and designs that were made using the Stamp Maker. The ideas are endless!

Using your child's or grandchild's art

Your own art

Pictures of your family, cat, dog, self...of anything you can scan and print!

Of course, you can design address stamps, monograms...anything you need when you need it!

You can even make customized designs for embossing and stencils using the coordinating gel pacs.

Using mediums designed for fabric, like Ranger's Liquid Pearls, you can even create designs to use for quilting and sewing projects...

From start to finish, the whole process took less than 20 minutes to make the stamp.

Imagine the possibilities!

We are!

These stamps are Just Rite! Begin by choosing images, borders and sentiments using Just Rite’s interchangeable stamps.  You can mix and match sets of the same size to create new custom images. Not sure what I’m talking about? Here’s a lovely card designed by Lisa.

 JR Christmas 1

 JR Christmas 2

Those gorgeous ornaments and the sentiment on the back are both from the 2010 Christmas Collection.

Here’s a card using stamps in the “From Our House” set. What a fun interactive card!

JR Christmas 3

These stamps are great! Many of the images and borders nest together – that means less time trying to get those stamped images in just the right place. And there’s more…they coordinate with several punches and Spellbinder dies! Getting that layered look has never been easier.

So, just in case you weren’t already convinced…here’s one more… This card was made with a combination of Just Rite borders and messages. The cute purse shape is courtesy of the Flirty Purse Template that we have in stock, in two different sizes.
